Software cannot be returned under any circumstances even if you have not registered it. The codes are sent manually, we will send them ASAP, during working hours they should be with you within 20 mins, outside working hours there will be a delay.Īlso note, once you have downloaded and registered the software you waive your right to a refund under the consumer rights regulations.
